Happiness is a Roast Beef Sandwich

I just found out the other day that the new building that they are constructing just down the road from the apartment that I currently live in and within five to ten minutes of the new house that I am moving to is going to be an Arby's restaurant. Sweet! I am so excited. Springfield has multiple Arby's within the city, but all of them are north of where I live, and involve quite a bit of driving and traffic wrangling to get to.

Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant. The roast beef sandwiches have been a common staple of mine since I was very young. Their potato cakes are a fine substitution for french fries. Their chicken breast fillet sandwich is quite delicious. And I love one of their new menu additions, potato bites, which taste like bite-sized portions of baked potatoes that you can dip in ranch dressing. Mmmm. I may have hated the oven mitt mascot, but I still do love me some Arby's!
